Opportunity to join a leading company in development and delivery of language communications solutions supporting 25, 000 global customers. The company is currently going through a Workday HCM implementation in a 2-Phase approach. Phase 1: Core HR, Benefits, Absence, Payroll, On-boarding and Recruiting. Phase 2: Performance Management, Learning, and Advance Compensation. They are using an out of the box approach and looking for someone to assist with this approach and work with the implementation partners. The Workday Change Management Consultant will be responsible for performing tactical work and partner with business partners to perform end to end testing. They will need to provide the team with nomenclature, free online training and on-site training throughout the implementation. The goal will be to provide knowledge transfer throughout and enabling the team to familiarize themselves with the Workday language.
