Technical Operations Project Manager

Job duties include but are not limited to:
-Manage tasks discussed in daily operational triage meetings.
-Track status of bugs in daily development stand-ups.
-Manage Dev & Ops Sprint Planning and Bug Review Board Meetings.
-Track status of bugs in weekly and bi-monthly ops meetings.
-Filter, categorize, and associate appropriate metadata with relevant bugs.
-Identify tasks, create tickets and delegate resources for resolution.
-Manage one dozen concurrent Operational and Development long-term initiatives.
Customer / Partner Communication:
-Lead weekly Sync discussion with operational partner teams.
-Lead monthly Sync discussion with primary internal customers.
-Lead quarterly multi-customer prioritization discussions.
-Provide monthly customer newsletter with filtered release notes.
-Build relationships with partner / customer teams to facilitate swift resolution of blocked tasks.
-Scheduling / Coordination / Communication for scheduled operationally impacting events.
-Capture relevant information, generate actions, and provide summaries of ad-hoc product/service meetings.
Team / Leadership Communication:
-Partner with Ops and Dev management to align on tactical and strategic goals.
-Track established organizational goals and communicate weekly status to management.
-Coordinate planned disaster recovery initiatives.
-Gather and document sequence of events and relevant information from unplanned outages.
-Lead post-mortem discussions from unplanned outages.
-Partner with Dev/Ops teams to acquire data for monthly / quarterly management reports.
