Responsibilities:
* Review and qualify external applications and referrals across multiple roles
* Become an expert on the product, as well as your team? S roles and needs, speaking fluently to candidates about these topics
* Source passive candidates using advanced sourcing techniques
* Screen and engage talent, building lasting relationships and ensuring a world-class candidate experience
* Coordinate phone and onsite interviews
* Maintain accurate and thorough documentation within the company's candidate database

Requirements:
* 3+ years of sourcing or full-cycle recruiter experience for a variety of different positions (business/technical) with a passion for learning and making a difference
* Demonstrated ability to build quality and highly-targeted pipelines of candidates in a timely and efficient manner
* Positive, can do attitude and demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative work environment
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Exceptional organizational skills, with experience responding to a high volume of diverse assignments and seeing them through to completion
* Ability to problem solve, triage, and make creative recommendations to candidates and clients
* Flexible, resourceful and adaptive to change
* Bachelor's degree or related experience
