The Sales Operations team is looking for a seasoned Project Manager to drive business critical projects from initiation through delivery. This role will lead highly cross-functional teams responsible for implementing strategies, tools and processes to continually increase sales efficiency and effectiveness and support the overall Sales vision. Within project execution and governance, the PM will track deadlines, deliverables, resources, and timelines throughout the project process. As a leader and influencer, the PM will hold track owners accountable for their commitments and will conduct project team meetings to provide status updates and identify and resolve issues.
  • 4+ of project management experience, working in a highly cross-functional environment focused on projects that elevate business process and operations; experience leading projects on change initiatives, a plus
  • Leadership qualities and the ability to motivate a team in a matrix environment with proven ability to operate autonomously across multiple teams.
  • Detail-oriented and able to understand the bigger picture by using your technical expertise and problem-solving abilities to prioritize and manage blocking issues.
  • Demonstrated ability to work through ambiguity to detailed solutions. You can take a vague problem, crisply frame the challenge, identify a path forward, and drive an initiative over the finish-line.
  • Experience working in an environment where communication with multiple groups is imperative; excellent written and oral business communication and people skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelors/Masters degree in related field or equivalent experience preferred
  • Excellent program management and consultative skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated leadership and vision in managing communication through all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated success in planning, delivering large-scale (8-12 month) cross-functional projects.
  • Manage change. Working with your extended team, you will implement new ideas effectively within the culture. Influence decisions and change management through collaboration, leadership and a customer-focused approach
