4+ of project management experience, working in a highly cross-functional environment focused on projects that elevate business process and operations; experience leading projects on change initiatives, a plus
Leadership qualities and the ability to motivate a team in a matrix environment with proven ability to operate autonomously across multiple teams.
Detail-oriented and able to understand the bigger picture by using your technical expertise and problem-solving abilities to prioritize and manage blocking issues.
Demonstrated ability to work through ambiguity to detailed solutions. You can take a vague problem, crisply frame the challenge, identify a path forward, and drive an initiative over the finish-line.
Experience working in an environment where communication with multiple groups is imperative; excellent written and oral business communication and people skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
Bachelors/Masters degree in related field or equivalent experience preferred
