Exciting opportunity for a Sales Operations Analyst to support a Global Sales Operations team in San Francisco. You will be responsible for the with a day to day focus on data analysis on opportunities supporting the Sales Compensation function.

As a Sales Operations Analyst, and provide support and will work cross-functionally with other organizations? Including Sales leadership, Partner Operations, Finance, Order Management, IT, HR, and Legal? And provide support and guidance on sales compensation policies as they relate to sales crediting for transactions booked in acquisitions? CRM systems. Additionally, the analyst will support sales reporting process by serving as a subject matter expert on opportunity data across multiple CRM instances.


Responsibilities:
* Liaise with Sales Operations and Finance on post-merger integrations, and help design the policy and processes relating to opportunity data
* Understand Splunk? S opportunity data model and related objects and be able to analyze gaps in other CRM instances and provide solutions to address those gaps
* Serve as a key contact and resource for the Sales, Best Practices, Sales Operations, and Sales Commissions teams on rules of engagement between Splunk sales team and acquisition sales team
* Lead the process to create and integrate reports across multiple CRM systems
* Analyze and identify patterns within opportunity data to provide accurate and consistent data in support of for the sales commissions process
* Perform account matching activity across multiple CRM systems in support of sales crediting
* Manage the monthly transaction review and reconciliation process in support of Splunk? S sales commissions process
* Ad hoc projects to support company priorities and initiatives
Qualifications and Skills: * 6+ years experience in a quantitative sales operations role in an enterprise software company. * Must have experince with acquistions and the integration process. * Must have a strong background in salesforce.com. * Excellent skills in data quality and reporting building (in salesforce.com and Excel). * Excellent communication skills with ability to speak and write clearly, concisely, and compellingly. * Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. * Demonstrated problem solving ability with experience providing practical business insights from large, complex data sets. * Must possess business acumen, strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and project management skills.
