As a Marketing Communications Writer, you will craft high-quality marketing collateral about turning business and technical information into engaging storytelling. In this role, you will be responsible for both content generation and editing, including corporate and product collateral (e-books, white papers, infographics, etc.), customer content and presentations. You will use your creative storytelling skills to communicate the clients story, in thier voice, to a variety of audiences. The right candidate will be able to support multiple projects, on varying deadlines, while being thoughtful about incorporating thier messaging and voice into content.

This position requires hands-on writing and editing, collaborating with employees with varying technical depth, and the ability to juggle priorities to meet deadlines.

* Edit and write externally facing marketing collateral

* Experience short-form writing for the web and SEO strategy
* Possess a strong dedication to customer service
* Collaborate with various teams and drive projects forward
* Partner with product and solutions marketing teams to craft content that conveys client's voice and value
* Write and develop content from concept to final draft
* Incorporate messaging and voice across content
* Tell a compelling story about deep technical product

* 3-5 years of experience working in technology marketing or journalism, preferably software * College degree in Marketing, Journalism, English, Business or related field * Content development experience, including sample work * Organized and articulate, with impeccable attention to detail * Track record of high performance while working on a productive team in a fast-growing company * Strong written and presentation skills * Demonstrated ability to handle a significant workload, prioritize and meet deadlines * Skilled in PowerPoint, Google Docs, and working with style guides * Track record of high performance working on a high productivity team in a fast-growing company * Experience simplifying complex technical concepts to multiple constituents * Demonstrated ability to manage a significant workload with multiple deadlines and priorities * Interpersonal skills to support key stakeholders, including executives, product marketing and product managers, as well as third parties such as contractors and partners
