We are looking for a Mac Desktop Support person to join a world class team. This Mac Desktop Support position will be responsible for the overall end user experience in a Redwood City location, as well as contributing to IT initiatives globally.

Responsibilities
* Provide daily support for various desktop hardware and software applications
* Undertake small to medium-sized IT projects as instructed by the IT Manager
* Provide support for telephony, MS server and network infrastructure
* Maintains inventory of technology related items
* Setting up new users and disabling expired accounts in accordance with HR requirements.
* Setting up and configuring new laptops and desktops
* Management and maintenance of Anti-Virus tools for the end user support team
* Perform basic administrative support duties as required to meet specific operational objectives
* Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by the IT Manager
Skills and Experience *3+ years minimum directly related IT field services or desktop experience with Bachelor?s Degree in Computer Science or related technical degree * Experience as a Desktop Support Technician in a cross platform environment with 2-3 years of experience supporting Mac * Enterprise level desktop support experience is a must with proven experience meeting and surpassing customer expectations * Extensive understanding of network setup and terminology * Experience deploying and administering SaaS applications * Assess complex technical problems to develop, appraise, and recommend solutions
